I kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Of course, life happens, so your first cancellation is no biggy - however, if a repeated trend of cancellations occur, you will be required to place a $50 non-refundable deposit to schedule any further appointments.
Out of respect of my time and other clients, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at my discretion. I reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.
If you no-show your appointment, it is at my discretion if I decide to let you book any future appointments.
If I do choose to reschedule you in the future, a non-refundable $50 deposit will be required.
Online booking is no longer allowed after a no-show.
